FAQ

What is the price per head?

The price per head varies depending on the number of guests and the chosen menu. I charge a minimum fee of £500 regardless of the number of guests or the agreed price per head multiplied by the total number of guests.
The higher of these two amounts will apply.

What area do you cover?

I am based in Bromley, Southeast London. I regularly travel throughout London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex and surrounding areas however all location requests can be considered up to a case-to-case basis.

Can the chef bring a waiter?
Yes I can bring waiters, although this might be at an extra cost depending on your booking size. Please mention wanting a waiter in the message box on the enquiry form. The sooner you ask the better.

Insurance
In the unlikely event of a damage is caused you're covered for up to £2 million through my public liability insurance.

What time the chef will arrive?
In general I request to arrive 4 hours before the serving time, it can vary depending on the menu and number of diners.

Dietary requirements
I will adapt my menu where possible and try to accommodate all requests to the best of my ability.

Does the chef bring equipment?
All quotes includes travel and accommodation expenses, all ingredients, utensils & cooking equipment, service, clearing and washing of dishes during the event, and full kitchen clean-up afterwards.

Does the chef provide cutlery, crockery, etc?

Quotes do not include full table service (such as drink pouring or a dedicated waiter assigned to each table). Cutlery, glassware, table linen, and crockery are to be provided by the client as well as table set-up prior to the dinner.  Cutlery, glassware, table linen, crockery, additional service staff and table set up assistance can be supplied by me at an additional cost if required.
