I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, grew up in an environment where food was the center of the attention.

First time in a professional kitchen was back to the year of 2008 being part of a basic culinary skills course.

Since 2014 working for the best hotels and restaurants in Mayfair & City of London I absorbed valuable experience garnered from the Head Chefs I worked with.

Before I decided change the path of my career and moving to my solo endeavor, I have been the Executive Head Chef at a restaurant and wine bar in South East London, owned and directed by a former 3* Michelin chef.

I realised creating tailored memorable experiences for people is the best way to express myself as a Chef.
