Starters
• Gazpacho - A chilled tomato and vegetable soup, perfect for a refreshing start (vegan)
• Tortilla Española - Traditional Spanish omelette made with potatoes and onions.
• Gambas al Ajillo - Garlic shrimp sautéed in olive oil with a touch of paprika.
• Patatas Bravas - Fried potatoes with a spicy tomato sauce and aioli (vegan)
• Boquerones en Vinagre - Marinated white anchovies served with olives.
• Ensaladilla Rusa - A creamy potato salad with tuna, peas, and carrots.
• Padron peppers - grilled and finished with maldon salt and lime juice
Mains
• Sea food or Seafood and meat Paella - Bomba rice chicken, pork, prawns, mussels, green beans and peas.
• Pollo al Ajillo - Garlic chicken cooked with white wine and bay leaves.
• Caldereta de Cordero - Lamb stew with peppers, onions, and tomatoes.
• Arroz Negro - Black rice cooked with squid ink, white fish, squid rings and prawns.
• Pisto Manchego - Ratatouille-like dish with zucchini, bell peppers, and tomatoes vegetarian)
