Mains




• Mixed vegetables pithivier, squash pure, tomato gravy (vegan)


• Pan fried cod with Meuniere sauce, fennel jam, spring greens and cocotte new potatoes.


• Pan fried chicken supreme, dauphinoise potatoes, spring greens, madeira wine sauce. 


• Pan fried duck breast, French cassoulet (blend of tender haricot beans, slow cooked cuts of duck, pork, lamb, sausages and aromatic herbs)


• Confit duck leg, French cassoulet (blend of tender haricot beans, slow cooked cuts of duck, pork, lamb, sausages and aromatic herbs)


Beef bourguignon, creamy mash potatoes, summer greens


• Seared beef tenderloin, potato fondant, peppered sauce (£15 supplement)

• Chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, warm chocolate sauce, granola and puffed wild rice.
